Abstract

在现在数字化制造快速发展的阶段，产品生命周期管理（PLM）平台已成为企业多样物料清单（BOM）的数据核心，承担着对物料数据进行统一创建、维护，再跨部门分发的重要职责。物料数据属性的标准规格，直接影响PLM跟企业资源计划（ERP）、制造执行系统（MES）等下游系统的信息交互，也对生产计划的落地、工单的精准执行有关键作用。本文结合企业生产全流程里物料的特性，研究物料管理现状及痛点，把物料状态分成8类、供应类型分成4种，建立科学完善的物料数据属性标准化定义方案。
