火电厂余热余压回收系统技术改造研究

Abstract

针对火电厂余热余压回收能效偏低、低品位热源利用不足、自动化管控滞后等问题,本文从设备、工艺、智能控制三方面构建综合改造方案。设备上更换高效板式换热器,优化汽轮机通流结构;工艺上搭建余热梯级利用系统,依托低温省煤器、背压余压发电、溴化锂热泵分级回收各类余热;控制端搭建自适应算法智能平台,实现全工况实时调控。工程数据显示,排烟余热利用率提升15%,冷却水余热回收率提高18%,余压发电占比上升22%,供电煤耗降低3.2g/kW ·h,年节约运行成本约1500万元,投资回收期3.1 年,经济与环保效益突出。
