人工智能时代商科教育高阶思维能力培养的理论内涵、现实困境与改革方向
数字经济与人工智能的深度融合推动商科教育转型,高阶思维已成为新时代商科人才的核心素养。当前AI 与商科教学融合仍处于浅层阶段,难以充分赋能批判性分析、创新决策等能力培养。本文以建构主义、认知负荷、人机协同三大理论为支撑,界定了AI 赋能下商科个性化教学与高阶思维的内涵,梳理出智能诊断、对话辅导、自适应测评、沉浸仿真四大实践路径。研究发现,现阶段商科教育存在隐性素养难以数字化、算法伦理隐患、技术融合不足、评价体系滞后四大困境。据此,本文提出生成式AI 赋能、三元协同教学、多模态评价优化、全周期终身学习四大改革方向,以期为人工智能时代商科高阶思维培养提供参考,助力复合型商业人才培育。
