Abstract
本文针对兵团红色故事融入高校思想政治教育的现实困境，从“主客环介”四个维度展开分析，指出存在教师育人能力不足、故事开发与转化不够、校园兵团特色不显、学生背景多元且思维变化等挑战。在此基础上，提出应系统构建教师培训与激励、课程与资源开发、校园与网络环境营造、故事表达形式创新等多重机制，推动兵团红色故事深度、体系化融入思政教育，提升育人实效。
