厂房预应力双T板及倒T梁装配式施工技术
珠海平沙电子电器产业园项目位于金湾区高栏港装备制造区,是珠海市5.0产业新空间示范项目,体量大,单位工程多,工期紧迫,采用常规现浇混凝土厂房,难以满足交付时间要求。经综合分析,厂房楼面结构采用预制梁、预制双T板全免支撑装配式框架结构体系。经实践研究表明,采用此全免支撑装配式框架结构体系,应用效果显著。由于无内支撑模架体系,在一层结构叠合层施工完成后,即可插入维护结构和安装工程的施工,缩短的施工工期;通过大量采用预制构件,提高了主体结构外观质量;施工过程中无内支撑,节约了大量架体、模板等周转材料及搭拆人工费,符合节能环保的绿色施工理念。
