Abstract
随着经济全球化的发展，以及我国改革开放不断地扩大，国有企业在国家经济发展和社会稳定上承担着越来越重要的角色，建设世界一流的财务管理体系显得格外紧迫。本文结合国务院国资委印发的《关于中央企业加快建设世界一流财务管理体系的指导意见》，从实际出发对地方国有企业财务管理体系建设进行了实践与思考。
