数智赋能跨境电商外语人才产教协同培养模式
数字经济与跨境电商深度融合背景下，国际贸易领域对兼具外语能力、跨境电商专业能力与数字技能的复合型人才需求迫切。紧扣高等教育产教融合改革要求，针对当前跨境电商外语人才培养中课程设置滞后、实践机会不足、校企合作不深、教师实践经验缺乏问题，构建数智赋能的产教协同培养模式。通过重塑课程体系、打造“双师型”师资队伍、搭建校企共建实训平台、建立长效协同机制，推动学生三维能力深度融合提升。该模式已在广东科技学院落地验证，有效增强学生岗位适配度与就业竞争力，为新文科背景下外语类专业转型提供了可借鉴的实践路径。
