数智赋能与产教融合：应用型本科院校外语人才培养体系转型路径
基于对广东省企业的问卷调查与招聘信息分析，我们发现企业对外语人才的需求已从传统“语言工具型”转向“外语沟通 + 跨文化理解 + 数字化实操”的复合能力结构。跨境电商运营、外贸业务等成为核心岗位，但当前毕业生在跨文化沟通与数字化技能方面存在明显短板，高校课程设置与实践体系亦未能有效对接市场需求。为此，本文提出以“跨文化能力为核心、数字化技能为支撑、产教融合为路径”的三维转型体系，围绕课程重构、实践赋能与校企协同提出具体实施路径，为应用型本科院校优化人才培养提供参考。
