Abstract

本文以浙江汽车职业技术学院与吉利集团的深度产教融合实践为例，系统构建并阐述了“双元三阶多岗”人才培养模式的理论逻辑、实施路径与实践成效。该模式以“校企双元主体协同、三段阶梯递进培养、多岗位能力复合发展”为核心特征，通过“标准共融、过程共治、资源共生、评价共促”的机制设计，实现教育链、人才链与产业链的有机衔接。
