数智时代高校网络意识形态风险治理研究

Abstract

本文基于风险治理现代化视角，分析出数智时代高校网络意识形态风险主要表现为信息茧房造成认知窄化、价值解构冲击文化认同、治理响应滞后制约防控效能，提出高校应构建技术防御、认知赋能、协同治理相衔接的闭环防范体系，推动风险监测、价值引领与制度协同一体运行，提升高校网络意识形态风险治理的精准性和实效性。
